A/V Requirements

To ensure a seamless and impactful presentation, please consider the following audio-visual (A/V) requirements for our upcoming event:

  • • Laptop: Apple MacBook Air with the latest version of Keynote.
  • • Adapters: VGA and HDMI connectors for compatibility with various projection systems.
  • • Presentation Clicker: Wireless device for smooth slide navigation.

  • • A wireless lavalier (preferred) or lapel microphone
  • • A projector compatible with VGA or HDMI input, capable of displaying at a resolution of 1920x1080 (16:9 aspect ratio).
  • • A speaker system with a mini plug (3.5mm) to facilitate audio output from the laptop.
  • • A Confidence Monitor
  • • An accessible AC power source to keep the laptop charged throughout the session.

  • • Podium: Sha does not utilize a podium during presentations. Please ensure any podiums are moved off-stage or positioned to the side to allow for unobstructed movement.
  • • Stage Lighting: Adequate lighting to ensure clear visibility, with the option to adjust as necessary for visual aids or demonstrations.

  • • Technical Check: A scheduled 30-minute window prior to the presentation for a comprehensive technical run- through, ensuring all equipment functions correctly and any issues are addressed promptly.
